How do I place an order?
Placing an order on our site is simple. When you find the item that you would like to purchase, click on its image. You will be taken to its individual product page where you will see more information about it, as well as the option to “add it to your shopping cart.” Review all of the details, such as quantity and size, and click the “Add to Cart” button when you are ready. Once the button is clicked, you will see the Shopping Cart on the right add your item. Check to make sure your selection is correct and click the “Checkout” button. You will be taken to the checkout page where you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Once that’s filled out, click the “Make a Purchase” button on the bottom of the page. This will take you to a PayPal login where you will need to enter your PayPal information. When you’re logged in, you will review your payment one last time and click the “Pay Now” button on the bottom of the page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
At this point in time, we are only accepting payments via PayPal. PayPal is a trusted secure payment method, which allows you to use any major credit card and to also use international currency when needed. You do not even have to have a PayPal account to order from Iced Tees!!! A simple form allowing you to pay through PayPal as a one time shopper is available for your convenience.
How much is shipping and handling?
Fortunately for you, we do not charge our customers shipping and handling fees. You are welcome. If you are outside of the U.S., there is a good chance we will be forced to charge you $7.00 for s/h. It depends on how much we like you at the time of your order.
My shipping address is not what is listed on my PayPal account. What do I do?
Do not panic. Before we confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email that requests that you look over all of your details one more time. If any changes are required, simply respond to that email with the correct information. We promise we will not send your shirts to the wrong address – just as long as you respond promptly.
Where is my shirt being shipped from?
Your shirts are being chilled and shipped from our brewery in Orlando, Florida.
How long will it take for my shirt to arrive?
It is our goal to get your fresh tees to you as fast as possible. However, due to the high quality printing process we partake in, we can get backed up when a lot of orders come in. We would like to say that you should expect your shirt anywhere from 3 to 7 days, but we will be able to tell you more via email when you confirm your order.
What brands of shirts do you use?
We use our own custom chilled tees that are made right here in the good old USA.
What are the shirts made of?
Our shirts are blended with the freshest of cottons, some with a spash of polyester for a super soft vintage feel. These shirts are uber soft!!!
What type of inks do you use?
We use some of the latest technology to print our shirts. It is a special technique that gives each shirt its own uniqueness. No two shirts will ever be the exactly the same, which in turn adds to their COOLNESS! We also have certain tees that are screen printed. Iced Tees strives on being on top of the latest and greatest blanks and printing techniques to add to our freshness!
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt lasting through the ages, we recommend washing your shirts in cold water on delicate and then hang drying them. If you must dry your shirts due to time constraints or other reasons, please dry them on low heat.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes ranging from SMALL to 2XL. Due to the vintage cut of our tees sizing may run a bit smaller than normal. See our sizing chart for exact measurements. You may want to order a size up!
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size if it does not fit?
Of course. Email us after you receive it and we will send you the new one. Unfortunately, you will have to pay to ship the first shirt back to us.
Can I get a refund if I am unsatisfied with the shirt?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds without descriptive reasoning behind it. If you receive a faulty shirt, please take a picture and email it to us right away. Upon determining the reason of the return, we will make an assessment of the best course of action for you the customer. NO WORN OR WASHED TEES MAY BE RETURNED!
Why dont you offer your shirt designs in more than one color?
We do this because we feel that our tastes and opinions are far more superior than yours (no really). With that said, we always welcome requests if you REALLY need a certain design in a color that we are not offering. Just go to our Contact page and drop us a line about it.
How do I know if my payment is private?
All financial transactions on our site are processed through PayPal. Therefore, no one outside of PayPal will have access to your credit card information – not even us. We do, however, keep your contact information on file since we expect you to turn into a loyal customer. The goal is for us to get to know you. Dont you want to be our friend? We will not tell anybody your secrets – especially any of your contact information.

I have great shirt ideas. What is in it for me if I submit them?
Right now, the answer is nothing but a great deal of love and promotion. But if you wait until late 2010, we may have a solution for all of your ideas. Stay tuned.
